David Purchase an experienced athlete, triathlete and hockey player as well as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and sports coach has set up Running for Time for the following reasons.

  • Increase the number of people that run and take part in exercise.
  • Help those exercising reach there potential.
  • Improve people's knowledge and understand of fitness.
